Timer on Dryer repair
Richard is the best. He discovered that the previous repairman had installed the timer upside-down therefore the dryer would never cut off. I am very happy because it took so many appointments to resolve this problem. Thank you Richard!

Air conditioner repair
Jossy diagnosed the problem with my air conditioner and had it up and running in about 15 minutes. He explained everything and advised me what steps to take to keep my AC running efficiently. He was very courteous and and respectful of my property.
