Washer repair
Antonio seems like a very nice person. I would have given him 5 stars. He even took the time to explain things over the phone; unfortunately, the washer keeps having the same problem! It was not fixed!

Dryer Repair
David did not fix the problem with the dryer. He was short with me and I didn't appreciate that. I had to make another appointment to fix what he didn't fix. Just because he put the new timer in doesn't mean it's fixed!!

Sears is impossible to work with
Still waiting on a supervisor to call and explain why we were allowed to go multiple days without HVAC because of the technician "time stop"

Repair fail
Dryer is not working after first load it dried. It's feels the temperature is extremely hot. Unacceptable to wait two days for a recall visit. Very disappointed.

Rude, had a bad attitude and did not re-stack the dryer. Just left and told me I could go find someone else to do it.
