Washer repair
I hope Sears would always send someone who is a professional. Not from a third party company. It's a big difference because the sears technician knows his stuff and performs efficiently like the one I got today . The customer would not complain because you're dealing with a professional.

We ended up not performing the repair (overall cost vs buying a new appliance didn't work for us) but the technician was very thorough and took the time to explain the issues as well as all the options that were available to us if we wanted to go ahead and fix the issue.

Second appointment for a previous wrong diagnostic..
Even though I was charged additional 50 usd on the first visit for a clean & maintenance (that he did not do.. stayed 15 minutes & left) besides de service fee, total 191.33, then Ahmed came & an mentioned it was the thermostat & replaced it... & the charge was only for the part or the service fee which ever is greater I guess.. I was not happy to find out that the first technician charged me for something he did not do. Anyhow Ahmed was able to fix it but as a customer you have doubts about the costs of the parts & the expertise of the technicians.
