Washing Machine repair
Richard came in and figured out what needed to be fixed and got to work immediately. Our washing machine was up and running within an hour. He was courteous and professional.

Great technician but Customer Service poor
The technician was very professional and clearly knew what he was doing. I however have serious concerns with Sears and its Customer Service. It is unacceptable that one cannot reach a live human being by phone or send a detailed message online. One can only create, reschedule or cancel appointments. It took three weeks to get my fridge repaired. Sears was sub-contracted by American Home Shield and because no one from either company would agree to talk to LG and entire the required info into their system so that the compressor, which was under warranty, could be ordered, there was this unacceptable delay. Furthermore, another technician did not turn up for a scheduled appointment on 9/28 and no one had the courtesy to even call. Very disappointing.

Fixing my Samsung Refrigerator
The problem was partially solved. The front water dispenser do no stop after filling the glass, and continue pouring water. Need the part to fix it.
