The repairman was excellent. Personable and efficient. Sears on the other hand cancelled on me three times before I went ballistic. Every day they would say they were coming and then I would wait all day and they did not show up. Of course right before 5 o’clock they would send me a text that they were not showing up. I spoke with supervisor after supervisor and they were supposed to come back with the part needed on Monday. To be more clear, they canceled on me twice, and then the repairman showed up for the third scheduled repair without the part needed. I had already sent pictures of the error code and showed them that the washer was not draining the water. I sent all information asked for so that they would be sure to have the parts on the truck. The repair man said they would be back in two days and that the part was local so it would be no problem. On the day of my scheduled repair ( Wednesday ) they canceled again saying the part had not come in. I was told that I could get another appointment on Friday. I made such a fuss, that they apparently got a service man to come out today, Thursday. He told me that he actually carries the part that I needed on the truck, so why didn’t they send him in the first place? I’m glad that Sears finally got their act together and sent an efficient serviceman with the correct part to my house., but I will never use Sears again. I would suggest that you don’t either. I lost four days of work because of them. They never let me know they were weren’t coming until the last minute. On each occasion, they texted the day before they said that they would be here, but the window was all day until 5, which meant I was unable to go to work I have never dealt with such inefficiency with a company; however, both servicemen were personable and efficient.
