A real Pro
Raphael was a real pro in all aspects of being a Service Technician. He was courteous, ensured all our questions were answered and from all I could tell observing, he was extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of our repair. If I have the opportunity on any future appliance repair I would definitely ask for Raphael to be my service technician again.
