Ice Maker Repair
Kenny was familiar with our fridge and the cause of our problem. He skillfully disassembled the ice maker and made the repairs. Kenny was friendly and very professional.

Very polite. Took the time out to explain things to me. Reprogram the washer. Stated that's all he could do and that it was at the level it's supposed to be. Hopefully it will stay that way. I'm thankful that he took the time to explain to help me try and know the machine itself. Hopefully that's all it's going to take.

Took too long to schedule. Also we were told he would be here Saturday so we stayed at home all day waiting only to find out Sears changed the appointment and forgot to tell us

Dishwasher cleanup
The repairman did a GREAT job cleaning out my dishwasher & even gave me some good advice about putting some vinegar in it occasionally to sanitize & keep it clean.
