Great problem solver the gasket was all bent out of shape and heat that basically brought it at once you know so it was usable, so I really appreciate the extra effort that he went through quiet when did his way and it really looks good and ask good so anyway, I thought he went the extra mile

Poor Communication!
Kenneth was fine and did a good job, but I was very disappointed in A&E! I was scheduled for an appointment on September 27th between 8am and 5pm. No one called and no one showed up. Poor customer service. I did attempt to reach A&E but was not able to talk to a live person and the prompts did not fit my issues.

Ted was just wonderful. He solved the problem and also adjusted a shelf for me in the frig. And he tightened the door handles which were not put on the right way. We are very satisfied with Ted's work.

Side-by-side refrigerator & freezer repair
Theodore quickly identified the issue with our compressor not kicking in, causing the freezer to defrost and refrigerator to get warm. He replaced the failed part, then also did a good coil cleaning and a thorough check of the appliance. Very friendly and professional.
