The service technician that came to our rescue was punctual, knowledgeable, and quick. Kenny even shared some advice about caring for our refrigerator, as old as it is, to keep it functioning optimally and he gave us a tip for the future if and when the time comes to purchase a new appliance. Thank you for the amazing service you provided today. We have greater peace of mind knowing our refrigerator is actually in really good condition. Service calls for a Saturday can really put a kink in your weekend plans, so we are grateful you showed up to help us.

Couldn't ask for a better serviceman. Explain what the problem was and what had to be done to fix it. Showed us the bad part and what may have caused it. Had him 2 times and great both times Would recommend him anytime.
