5 times to figure out why our ice maker on a very expensive GE refrigerator stopped working. Bought in 2020 with a 5 year extended warranty. Of 3 technicians only Peter was able to perform appropriate diagnostics and get to the root of the problem we hope. Always polite and informative. At least he was honest and educated us appropriately. We were always relieved when Peter was assigned to us as he displayed more confidence and technical knowledge than anyone else .

Great work
It took two visits to fix the bottom freezer of my Bosch fridge. The first visit took 1.5 hours to diagnose, disassemble and identify the defective part. The second visit took 18 minutes to test and install the replacement part and reassure unit. The refrigerator portion of the fridge remained operating through the whole time. Peter was friendly and professional the whole time. He called ahead of time to give me his eta and arrived as promised. I would be happy to work with again.

Prompt and Courteous
We have had a lot of issues with our Icemaker. Peter was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem and fixed it quickly. He ran other diagnostics to check on the appliance to be sure all settings were set properly. He was in and out quickly and the work was efficiently completed.
