Need better communication
Peter is fantastic. However it's been going on 6 weeks and the refrigerator is still not repaired. How would you rate your performance then? 6 weeks? Really? Inexcusable. And all of this could have been repaired in a week. Very poor communication all the way around.

Appliance maintenance
I purchased a clothes dryer for our Hair salon. The only reason I bought the maintenance was because it was through Sears/American freight. This is the second year now that I have had scheduled my annual maintenance at no charge! Luis came out. Did a wonderful job inspecting our dryer!
