AC technician (Joe) did not leave a copy of the repair work done on the AC unit. Have no idea of what the actual problem nor what was repaired.

It would have been nice to have some type of resolution. Tech stated AGI was closed on Saturday so he could not get approval to order parts. Then stated it might be best to have GE come and check it so they can plug in their computer before replacing the boards. It almost felt as if he didn’t want to do the repairs to the unit and just wanted to push it off to someone else. Likely the last time I’d be using Sears for repairs.
