Excellent Technician
Victor was punctual and very professional. He listened to us and quickly came up with a solution during the first visit, during which time he ordered the parts and scheduled the follow up visit just 4 days later. Parts arrived as planned and Victor came out again and quickly fixed our washer.

GREAT SERVICE
Bryan came on time to do multiple appliances. He was asked by my husband to wear a mask and booties in our home and done so without a problem. Bryan was VERY, VERY Pleasant, VERY Professional and VERY Knowledgeable. We could tell he knew what he was doing. He explained what he was doing and why and answered all our questions. He imparted good information to us. He is the type of technician you feel confident that the work was done correctly. This was one of the most pleasant experiences we have had with technicians from Sears. A really PLEASANT Experience. Hopefully we get him the next time we have these appliances serviced.
