He did a great job of assessing the issue. He ordered the parts. They were received this week inspite of the hurricane threat issued and he repaired washer with these parts and told me some dirt had been lossened during the process of hammering in new parts and suggested I put it through a clean washer cycle before using on our clothing. He also said to take a cloth and wipe out any little particles that I might find. I thought we received 5 star service! Kudos for having him on your team!
