Ivan was great! No live phone support was horrid
you need to have a human being to talk to on the telephone and not just make everything automated… I felt like it was the 1990s cable co. giving me an 8 AM till 5 PM service call. put it in to two or three hour blocks.!!! Tech was GREAT!!!

Brian quickly diagnosed the problem with our LG refrigerator. He told us what it would take to fix and how much it would be. He quickly made the repair since he had the part in his truck. Made some recommendations as to what we can do to avoid the problem in the future and what parts might need to be replaced. Would have Brian work on our appliances in the future.
