RICARDO WAS PROMPT, CLEAN AND COMMUNICATED VERY PROFESSIONALLY WITH ME, THE CUSTOMER. HE WAS VERY AWARE OF WHAT TO LOOK FOR WITH THE LITTLE INFORMATION HE'D RECEIVED BEFORE RUNNING ANY TEST. AFTER TESTING THE MACHINE, HE WAS ABLE TO EXPLAIN THE PROBLEM AND ASSURED ME, HE WAS GOING TO FIX THE PROBLEM.

Absolutely love Henack! He has done previous repairs on my Samsung refrigerator and really knows what he is doing! He is extremely knowledgeable and he is one of the reasons I just renewed my warranty contract !! He is extremely kind and efficient and explains what he is doing !!!
