Washing machine leak
Paul checked the whole washer drain system, explained everything he checked and why, and what he did. He was friendly and curtious, and very neat. Would highly recommend.

Paul displayed exemplary customer service. He listened to the issues and has addressed the issue at hand. My dryer is a bit of a lemon, and he always takes the time, care, and patience to fix it one part at a time. I have a very busy household of 7 and a pup, he is always bright and cordial to my family and pup. He is a great technician and works hard on getting my "Lemon" to work for a full house. Thank you Paul. If managers read these...please give him a raise..hes a great rep for your company.
