Excellent Job
Initial problem was ice maker freezing up. Sears tech (Chad) replaced the ice maker. 24 hours after installing I tried to get ice and the ice maker wouldn't eject any ice even though the system did make ice. After another 3 day wait Sears sent a different tech (Michael) and he immediately resolved the problem. The initial service tech had failed to plug in a replacement part thus causing the problem.
