Alright
Chad was pleasant and serviced my treadmill. He seemed to have worked on treadmills previously. However, Sears needs to improve times. To expect a person to be available all day is NOT user friendly.

Having the service routed phone calls to India not worth the dime they do not know what they're doing. Thank God for the servicemen. you should be grateful having technician like Kevin and Eddie.They are one of the finest. They know what they're doing. You must change your system on letting the technician know what's going on. with the merchandise

Delay in completing the work
The overall work was done satisfactorily however there was a delay in completing the work. The original schedule was to complete th work on Saturday however they changed the schedule to Monday without any reason and at the last minute.

Helpful repairman
Your repairman was very helpful. We opted to not do the repairs due to the expense. Your phone service needs help- we could have avoided the visit if they took down information I gave on appliance issues. They also got the info wrong and kept trying to sell warranty. That alone was enough to make me not use your company again.

Dishwasher repair
He was not helpful person. He said call the dishwasher company see they can help you. If sears can not repair it they should not come to my house. I told them before they came to my house what was the issue. I am not recommending any one to buy sears home service plan.

Not thorough at all!!!
We had a service call and ordered a part for our Bosch oven. The part arrived and the tech was unable to get to the part of the oven. He said it would be impossible to open and this is a common problem with Bosch. He never bothered to investigate the issue, check the common problem he was aware of, had us order an expensive part we can never use, and we had to pay for the service fee.

Couldn't Explain the problem to me
Had a house call for our GE Monogram refrigerator. It is less than 5 years old. He couldn't explain what was wrong and gave me a bill for almost $1,000. He kept repeating that there is a 8 hour cycle and GE recommends several things be replaced. I asked what was the actual problem why was it making noise and he kept saying it's an 8 hour cycle. I asked why the valve needs replacing and he said GE recommends. I asked if it was broken and he didn't have a response. We paid the diagnostic fee and decided to call GE to come and tell us what is wrong. Especially since this guy did not seem too familiar with high end appliance.

Poor service
Repair person came out and used his phone to scan appliance. Told me we needed evaporator fan kit but parts no longer made. Advised us to buy new refrigerator. On contacting Whirlpool and an appliance parts company we found that the compatible parts are still available. There is no way to contact your company to speak to anyone about this. A reprehensible way to do business. Seems like a scam to make a quick buck.
