The service technician was friendly and professional and he called when he was close to being at my home. The service dept. did send a email telling me of a time change . A phone call would have been better because I don't stay " logged on "at my computer ( I have other chores). Everything else was good with the service. Have a great day.

Replacement part came incomplete
Replacement part came w a piece missing. After installing it first time it didn't work. Chris re-examined the part and saw a small wire was missing. He put in the small wire, reinstalled the part and the stove worked perfectly. I'm a little worried that because the wire did not come already in place that the piece Chris put in may not be as sturdy. Hopefully there will be no problems and it will last another 15 years.
