Technicians are great!
Our technician was great but trying to reach a live customer service representative for existing appointments is unlikely. I had two service calls (washer and dryer) and my parts ordered were delivered… 1st, they don't call, email or send a text to reschedule your appointment once the parts are delivered and 2nd , when you reschedule the appointment because the parts come in sooner than two weeks lead time they give themselves you can't get the appointment on the same day because you are forced to use online or voice activated rescheduling option and if you make a mistake.. you never get a real person and when you do they send you back to their voice automated system. If it wasn't for the knowledgeable and personably technicians, I don't think having the service maintenance contact on my appliances is worth the stress.

Professional, courteous and knowledgeable
Michael was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Although he couldn't fix the problem, he was able to diagnose it. Shame on LG for making doors that don't allow access to the water line inside.

Steven was awesome. He made the initial phone call to let me know that he could accommodate my schedule. He couldn't have been more polite or accommodating. When he arrived, he was professional knowledgeable, and immediately knew what my issue was. He was polite, honest, and forthcoming with all the information I needed And was able to assist and rectify the issue. He was even kind enough to say he hoped my daughter felt better. Steven is the type of technician that you have no worries about when he comes into your home and is doing the work you need done. I will request him for all appliance repairs.
