I had a freezer that had water which condensed and froze and Rob was able to pull the panel off chip out the ice, steam it and clean it and put everything back together in less than 1/2 an hour. He immediately knew what the problem was. All workmen should be as talented and industrious as he is.

He was very efficient upon arrival. He identified the issue with the final spin cycle on our Kenmore washer. He replaced the part that was causing the issue. He explained the repair and told us to reach out if we experience any issues with the spin cycle going forward.
