This technician was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He explained the workings of my furnace so that I would understand more of what he was repairing. I told him I was from Florida and didn't know anything about furnaces and he was very helpful to me. This technician was courteous and thorough. He should be considered an asset to your organization.
