Dishwasher repair
He tried what he could to fix it but was honest in his opinion, unfortunately the repair was getting very close to a new machine

Good technician, irresponsible vompany
Ralph came to my home 8-17 to fix my dryer. In the process he had to move my washer. My washer is not level anymore and I have called numerous times to get this taken care of. Last evening I called to reschedule an appointment for today-I work. I called the Sears 800 number to reschedule. Someone was still sent out this morning . They called and left a message that they were at my house this morning about 9:30. I have called the number back 3 times and explained what needed to be done and to please call me so we can reschedule. As of 7:07 today no one has returned my call. I'm tired of leaving messages, just to be ignored. Just do your job, call customers back instead of transferring them to an automated system.

Wonderful experience!
I thought Ralph was ver knowledgeable, kind, and has a wonderful personality. I did call in to ask that he be sent back out today because in fixing my dryer, he moved my washer and now it is terribly off balance and I'm unable to use it.
