We appreciated Ralph's diagnosis and resulting cleaning of our dryer. We were relieved that it was not a complex problem and could be easily fixed. His friendliness, competence and positive attitude were refreshing!

Brandon was great, but my washer still didn't get fixed doesn't help my situation here. I was told that I would have to pay out-of-pocket. I have a protection plan this will be going to hire Ups and it will be taken care of the first guy that came out ordered parts, but apparently nobody knows where the parts came from so I have parts that I don't know how to put on my own washer and nobody will fix it like I was told it was going to get fixed I will never ever buy anything through Best Buy ever again
