Washer Dryer repair diagnostic
The repair person was pleasant and professional. He arrived on time and understood the problem and suggested that the repairs wouldn't be cost effective vs buying new. We appreciated his honesty and expertise.

Correct & great service
Tyler is someone who knows his job & knows how to do it!! It took Sears 2 1/2 months to finally get me the correct part for my GE refrigerator & a good technician that knew how to put the part in. Tyler went right to work on my refrigerator - he was professional, personable & very efficient. I would highly recommend him - Sears I would not!

Daniel was very friendly and did a great job , I sure hope the next time I need a repairman it will be him . He really did a great job and was prepaired with the right new parts in his van . Great employee with a very nice personality , very happy with his visit . What a PRO !!!

Fixed my dryer.
The 5 stars are only for Erick not for Sears. Erick did a good job in fixing my dryer and the vent. What I didn't like was the price. Very expensive to replace the thermostat on my dryer, plus the amount of time it took to get the part. Why don't the employee's have a stock of parts or easy access to them? No way to contact Sears to talk to a live person. Everything has to be done on line and it's very confusing. The website said the part was being sent to me but when clicked a few links it turns out it was sent to Erick instead. Sears needs to do better.
