Sporatic AC Shutting Off
The biggest problem, that had nothing to do with Kory, was the delay in scheduling. It took over two weeks to get someone to come and check our AC system. Kory was prompt and professional but he was unable to determine the actual problem. In his professional opinion it was probably an emergency shutoff caused by the float switch in the condensation pan. The problem did occur durng a period of heavy rain when humidity was much higher than usual resulting in slower evaporation. This was a service call based on a request from Choice Home Warranty which requires photographs of the "broken" system to offer any compensation. The net of this is that I still have my original problem.

Erick went through service and provided diagnosis and estimate. Work was explained by Erick along with recommendations. Work area was left in perfectly clean condition!
