He texted me about 8am that he had 3 stops ahead of me and expected to be here by 1:45and about 1:15 he said he was on his way. At 2pm he was at my home and promptly fixed the ice and water flap that was. Sticking. He also showed my daughter how to unstick it if it happened again. I'd say that is great service!

Great Technician
Dimitri was the tech that did the repairs at my home. He replaced a faulty circuit board in my double wall oven. I watched hime take photos of everything and mark all the connectors so there wouldn't be any mistakes when reinstalling the board. Everything worked perfectly and he left no mess. He was friendly and professional.
