The Best
Thanks to Jose we got our fridge fixed! His service was awesome…but I can't say that about the rest of the Sears maintenance program. Terrible customer service on the phone. Never did get a call back from the "supervisor". But thankful for Jose for his work ethic, his friendliness, and getting the job done…thanks Jose!

Can't always be good news
A very personable technician. Friendly, informative, sympathetic. He couldn't fix the washer because it's too old and parts are not available. He took care to be sure I understood. Keep him around.

Very pleased with Sears today Bobby, the technician Was able to diagnose and confirm that the coils were bad Luckily, he had coils in his truck and was able to do the repair in one trip I have more faith in Sears now
