Persevered until fixed
We had a difficult, intermittent problem with the electrical system of our dishwasher. John did a great job pursuing the issue over a couple visits. He even had to deal with removing the dishwasher out of a very confined space and did so without damaging anything. We are pleased with the results.

Robert was great!
The first of 3 a&e technicians within 2 months to actually do what I requested the 3 times I called, at least in part, and that was to CLEAN my LG toploader machine. There (still) is gunk build-up behind the drum, but he at least removed the bottom plate and cleaned that.

After replacing the replacement part, John hooked everything up and wham - no power. It didn't take long for him to open it back up and run down the source. Buttoned up everything, again, and presto. Microwave back up and running. Thanks for your professional work !
