A&E to the rescue!
We've had trouble with our GE dishwasher that has not been easy to remedy. Our technician John McCallum worked hard to solve the problem and did not give up, even though it took two visits and multiple parts! He is a knowledgeable, polite and efficient technician. We also appreciated that he called 15 minutes before his arrival for both visits. Beyond the technician aspect, A&E was extremely good at communicating the set-up and follow-through of appointments. Thank you A&E for providing quality staff.
