All Star process!
First, the scheduling allowed me to get the repair appointment for within 36 hours of requesting. The tech, Robert, was knowledgeable, explained everything as he went along, fixed the problem. Suggested two changes to make sure it didn't happen again and was done in a reasonable amount of time. These are going to be my go people for all appliance repair going forward!
