Refrigerator service review
Teddy communicated his arrival time and arrived on time. He was friendly and courteous. He tested the temperature of freezer and fridge, he pulled it out and vacuumed back and front. We were disappointed that he didn't have a brush to more thorough clean the coils.

Very courteous and knowledgeable.
My appointment was for 8-12. Looked like 11:00 am until he was held back at another location. Arrived at at 2:50 pm. Immediately diagnosed the problem. Unfortunately the replacement part is no longer available. Shared some advice on trying to get a little use until it can be fixed or replaced. Appreciate that..

Still not working properly

Julio did great, but it took Sears over 2 months to fix our
First off, the repair tech Julio did a great job of fixing the washer. My problem is that I first called Sears to fix the washer on June 11. The washer did not get fixed until August 15th! We were without a working washer for over 2 months! If Sears needs to hire more repairmen...they better do it. Sears used to have the best in industry repair services and I have been loyal to Sears for over 40 years...and their repair services were a large part of my loyalty. They have obviously been fading to the bottom for a while, but this is the last straw. I will never buy another Sears appliance or sign up for another Sears repair agreement. Game Over

Jorge was fine, but was unable to check the condenser because moving the refrigerator was a two man job. We want two men to come again and finish the job.

Moisture is still coming out of the dishwasher. The wrong parts we shipped out. I would like another appointment

It is terrible that no real person can be spoken to. For as long as Sears has been in business one would think quality still matters! My aunt worked her whole life at Sears. I used the Sears catalog to buy my school clothes. Very poor customer service now. I want to be able to get my needs met by a person who is present not just make or cancel an appointment

Problem is not fixed
The technician was polite but he did not fix the problem of pooling water.
