Horrible!
He was supposed to change the 4 set of wheels on our dishwasher plus the seal. He only had 3 sets of wheels on hand so he replaced just 3 sets of wheels. He said he was going to order 1 set of wheels and the seal, but he never did. We only found out because we followed up. He closed the call (job) so it will reflect to management that he completed the job.

Washer
Basically he just gave us an opening of why the washer makes a grinding noise, dosent spin as fast as before, and why the clothes are still wet at the end. So, no issues was resolved. He did not open or check under the washer. I will be calling my insurance to open a new claim.

Upset
Technician never showed up. He was to be here between 1-5pm today. AHS contacted me and said they were notified today at 1 pm that Sears cancelled. This is the 3rd time I had to ask for the day off to get our ice maker fixed. VERY Disappointed!!!!!!!!!!!

Not Fixed
This is the 3rd time they came out and the Ice Maker does not make any ice. He said it should be fine in 24 hours again but if it doesn't make ice he said for me to contact AHS and ask for an authorized Kitchenaid repair person.

No Live person to speak with when something is wrong
I left a good review after the technician left my house 2 days ago.. The refrigerator was running and got cold by the next day. I put a few things in it and luckily didn't do big shopping because it got warm again. I try to call A&E and get an AI recorded line that doesn't give an option to schedule a revisit only a new visit online and then hangs up. Why can't I speak with a live person? If I go online, it says the next appointment is in 2 weeks. I don't want to wait another 2 weeks to have my refrigerator fixed. Again, not just horrible but non-existent follow up service. I need someone ASAP
