Brain K did a good job figuring out the parts needed for our older washing machine and then doing the repair work on two later appointments. Your appointment system seems overbooked.

Old school repair experience!
Rancarlos reminded me of how home repairs used to be... He texted 5 minutes before his arrival. The parts were delivered a few days before his arrival. The repairs were completed quickly. I don't experience that kind of service these days. The repair costs were not inexpensive, but worth the care and service provided. Sounds like a sales pitch, but I was happy with the service.
