The service guy should exercise a bit of patience regarding payments, as there are times when we are unavailable to settle the bill immediately since we are not present. He should allow us some time, ideally 5-7 minutes, to finalize the payment.

Rudy did a fine job but the process is what I am VERY unhappy about. This has taken 14 days since I initially set up an appointment on 9/5/23. Today is 9/18/23 and my dryer finally got fixed. All of the phone numbers for your service does NOT allow you to talk to a live person. My original appt for the actual repair was postponed 2 times and eventually at a day/time that was inconvenient for me, my neighbor had to be at my house. I will hesitate to use your service ever again.

Armando arrived on time and did call to say he was on his way. When he got here I was on a business call so I asked him to give me 10 minutes to finish up. He was polite and agreed to wait which was great. When I let him in to do the service, he came in and checked the temperature of the freezer and refrigerator. He said those were OK and that that was pretty much all there was to do in a maintenance call so he was in and out in about 5 minutes. This is the third year I have a maintenance checkup appointment for my refrigerator. Other service techs have pulled out the refrigerator a bit, checked that there is nothing like dirt, etc. blocking the condenser in the back. They have checked the ice making by emptying out the bin and waiting for the refrigerator to start making more and sometimes they have asked about the filter and how often I change it. My refrigerator is fine and I truly did not have my full focus on Armando asking questions and such. I just felt that it was a bit too fast to be a full service.
