Chester was professional and friendly.. He explained what the problem was and how he was going to fix it. This is a employee you want to hold on too. Tony did a fantastic job of working around the incomptence of your Ai system. This was the 3rd scheduled apointment since the initital repair visit of 10 June (#10426427). I created this apt to get a real live person to come to the house and review the initial repair call. Your AI robot affirmed my cell and apts. but NEVER did in fact send a text or confirmation of alledged apointments. Tony reviewed the issue and was able to address what he could while here. In spite of punching #3 to speak to a real person, IT NEVER HAPPENED. I called your 800, 336 and 865 numbers and got your incompetent robot. Sears USED to be a reliable company. Now I've paid for an annual protection service that appears to be useless. Tony was very understanding and provided great guidance. You need more Tony's than you incompetent robot ai num nut. Now we're waiting for ONE MORE tech apt to fix the initial issue.
