knowledgeable repairman: great customer service with a smile
Loved the experience with Logan A. He was very knowledgeable and very kind. Explained problem clearly and showed me the damaged parts while doing the repair. Cleaned up the area before leaving. Just a great experience. I'd call Sears for a repair again.

Madho completed the repairs started by another repair person so he had to familiarize himself with the issues, but he quickly and efficiently completed the repairs my refrigerator needed and we have cold food again!

Ron really knows his stuff! He sequentially ruled out one thing after another and deduced exactly what the issue was while discounting every other possibility. He also communicated how the different parts worked together in a way a 5th grader could understand! Thanks again Ron, outstanding service young man!
