Michael arrived promptly and the designated time, he called first to let us know he was on his way. Michael listed carefully as I explained our squeaky dryer that snags laundry. He effectively replaced the part and showed me where the problem was. He asked if we would like to purchase a Cleaning service for $50, we agreed. Michael thoroughly vacuumed the disassembled interior and exterior of the dryer. He also gave me some excellent advice on the washer tubing, noting corrosion, and on our fridge's ice maker. Michael was courteous, friendly and professional. It was an absolute pleasure having Michael service our dryer! Truly an asset to your company. Thank you Alan and Harry

Ryan was so kind and patient, especially when our little Cocker Spaniels wouldn't leave him alone so he could work on our dishwasher. He was the best.

Michael was super as always. I always look forward to seeing Michael. He’s always very professional and trustworthy. Again, another Great job from Michael and Sears. Thank You Dan Blair 8-20-24(Tues.) Johnnie was terrific. He was sooooooo nice and professional. He was also very knowledgeable.
