Desmond is the MVP!
My trash compactor has been inoperable since December, and previous repair personnel couldn't identify the issue. Desmond worked relentlessly to find the root cause of the problem, and had to work hard to fix it. Throughout the process he was very professional and kept me informed. I appreciated everything about the service he provided and would trust him with any future repair needs. He is a great ambassador for your company!

Ron is amazing, but we will never use Sears again

Sagar quickly diagnosed the issue (the first repair had a cracked solder joint and all the freon leaked out), figured it was a two hour job, asked me about attending to two other customers, left for a short time, and returned to finish the job. Even more pleasing, the repair worked and my refrigerator is operational again. He assured me there would be no further charges.
