Unable to perform installation of parts!
Avery was unable to perform installation ordered by previous tech. Indicated that it could not be done. So we have parts that are still not installed and recommended/ordered by the previous technician's visit. Please send someone more knowledgeable out to do the job next time. Thank you,

Ice maker won't empty ice into tray.
Not happy techs just guessing,replaced one part that never fixed my problem they need to do a better diagnostic to fix the problem.
