Dan C. The repair technician from Sears was outstanding. He was the 3rd repair tech that was sent by our insurance and should have been the first and only. He was thorough and professional and extremely patient with getting approval from our insurance company. He stayed online with the insurance call until we got a replacement authorization. Now we wait for our replacement. Thank again Dan.

We have the home appliance warranty and use it on occasion. Nice paying $100 deductible on repairs on older appliances. If they were all new we wouldn't use a warranty, but we do like the service when we need it. Edit: Forgot to mention. The technicians have always been very helpful, nice and knowledgeable.
