Bernard was fantastic when he finally showed up-24 hours late. Your telephone operating system is terrible. No way to get a live body to talk to. I would never recommend you.

Dryer Repair
Juan was our service technician and asked what the problem was and we told him that the dryer was not drying properly. He checked and he needed to replace the thermostat and he checked that the lint outtake that goes outside was clogged. He told care of both problems in a quick manner. He was very knowledgeable and polite.
