Samsung dryer
I was very satisfied with the service provided by the Sears technician. . He was able to accurately and quickly diagnose the problem. He had all of the necessary parts on hand and was able to finish the repair right away. He was on time, professional, and knowledgeable. I was happy to have my dryer fixed quickly and efficiently. I recommend Sears appliance repair.

The serviceman was kind and knowledgeable., my issue is I wasted time and money on service call due to no parts available for old machines. I suggest the site ask for model and serial # prior to booking an appointment to avoid this in the future.

I had another "expert" looked at our furnace who tried to make a big job out of it by changing few parts. Couldn't trust him so called Sears. Chris was skillful and knew what he was doing besides being a pleasant person. Also committed to find the cause rather than suggesting that all parts needed to be changed!! He managed to fix the problem without changing any part. I am glad that I eventually called Sears. They should be proud to have employees like Chris.
