The quality service I've always expected from Sears.
Jose was knowledgable, friendly and honest. I appreciated that he recommended a new unit, and did not try to sell me lot of expensive repairs. So, tonight we will go to the nearest Sears store and buy a Kenmore replacement for our 8-year old dryer. I grew up with Sears and Kenmore. They are still trusted names in our family.
