The technician did a great job on the repair. I did get concerned when I got a message that he was en route for 10:01 appointment but didn’t show until after 12:00. There was no notification of a delay in arrival and the system stated that I had no appointment scheduled for the day since it was past the 8:00-12:00 appointment window. But everything worked out.
