Maston was amazing! Had our refrigerator repaired in one hour. He knew the minute he walked in the front door: frozen up fan blades. Nothing else was wrong. He REALLY knows home refrigeration and we are so pleased with his work! The three other techs sent before Maston were awful and I hope they are fired!!!

I’ll let you know in a week or 2 when the washer has gone through multiple cycles. So far so good but I don’t want to say it’s good work and then the pump starts to leak. The technician seems to know how to do his job. I’ll give him 5 stars preliminary but that could change. I give him credit for coming on Christmas Eve. It was late in the evening, he could have just gone home and called it a day.
