Francisco did a wonderful job. He diagnosed the issue with the washer and had the part installed. As it ran he diagnosed the dryer and determined the issue but did not have the parts necessary. He was courteous, answered my questions and was very professional. He is a wonderful representative of Sears Home Warranty!
