Not happy with previous service calls
I have a problem with not having anyone to talk to before the appointment. Your serviceman has been out here a few times, have never had anyone else. You have our prior services records on our washer and you can not give the history to the tech coming out? The last guy told us one thing and todays guy could just find that the hot and cold hoses were switched. Had to be from the last guy cause we don't touch those. Nothing that needed to be fixed today and another service charge for just switching hoses the last tech didn't do correct. You have to have previous service records on file. Can you please forward them to me?
