Well trained and respectful serviceman.
He was one of the nicest service repair persons I have used in quite some time. He showed me what the problem was and promptly repaired it. He was very professional. I hope he gets paid well since good customer service is hard to find. I will ask for him if I need any other repairs. I will give his name to anyone asking for referrals.

What can I say about Michael? Michael was so knowledgeable about all the appliances. He was genuine and respectful of time and above all completely professional. He really spent time demonstrating the issue with each appliance and showed me the solution. To my knowledge, Michael is the pure definition of, "Mr. Fix-It".
